Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The item you see in the photos is the exact item you will receive. I have paid particular attention to fabric contents and listed them carefully.

I try to photograph items so that details are apparent. Some colours such as teal greens or teal blues do not photograph in true colours. They tend to appear bluer than they actually are.
If you have carefully viewed the photo(s) and read the item description, there should be no surprises. For this reason, I do not offer refunds.

However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item, I would be happy to either fix the problem or offer an exchange for another item of equal value in my shop. In the unlikely event that your item requires repair, I will reimburse you for the shipping charges to return the item. You will not be charged when the item is shipped back to you.
